Skinnygirl Mogul suddenly announced last week that she and her daughter Bryn were heading for Sunshine State.
Now we hear that she is showing her Greenwich home outside the market (i.e., without revealing it) looking forward to a place to buy it through FT. Lauderdale or West Palm Beach.
She is said to be looking for around $8 million at her current location, and “a select group of family and friends” was recently found checking out the property.
She purchased the site, which was built for $4.2 million in 1743, but has heard she underwent major renovations.
The house had 20 residents over the centuries. According to Frankel, We toured the space “with Graham Bensinger.”
In the video, she showed off the additions she built in the basement and a podcast studio.
Frankel, a longtime Manhattan resident, announced Thursday that he was relocating to Florida for “personal and professional reasons.”

“She loves home renovation projects,” the source says. “She’s looking for a home that needs work so she can design it and feel like she is.”
Regarding location, “She prioritizes convenience and staying close to friends in the typical Miami scene.”
Sources previously told Page 6 that they were working to support their 14-year-old daughter Bryn, who plays competitive volleyball.
“It happened that made this the best and healthier for myself and my daughter,” Frankel said in an Instagram video.
Former Bravolebrity revealed that her father, Jason Hoppy, Frankel’s ex-husband, and Bryn, “I’m going to maintain my residence in Hampton and New York City because I love New York.”
In September 2024, Frankel listed Bridgehampton properties that he purchased in 2013 for nearly $6 million.
In 2022, she sold Soho Loft for around $7 million.
She currently owns $5.5 million property in Southampton.
In January 2024, Frankel purchased a 1,300-square-foot, two-bedroom, two-bathroom Pied-A-Terre on the Upper West Side.
