Biden Admin Releases Colombian Drug Lord After Apprehension at Border

The Biden administration has accused the Venezuelan national of illegally crossing the border into Texas despite being on Interpol’s most wanted list for murder, extortion and drug trafficking charges in Colombia. After being detained for a short period of time, he was released.

us border patrol arrested Adelbis Segundo Pirela Pirela, a 29-year-old from Venezuela, illegally crossed the border in Eagle Pass, Texas, on January 2, according to KSAT-TV.

Biden officials released the dangerous criminal into the United States with only a “notice to appear” to appear before an immigration judge, even though he was on Interpol’s top 10 most wanted list. He was released on January 5 and remained free until March 12, when the gang leaders were rearrested.

Pirela-Pirela was eventually arrested again in New Braunfels, Texas, and transferred to an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detention center in San Antonio.

Former Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Mark Morgan accused the Biden administration of allowing major international criminals free entry into the United States.

“This really gets to the heart of one of the major issues. The reality is that Secretary Mayorkas or anyone in the administration is always lying when they tell the American people that they are properly testing everyone before releasing them. ” Morgan said. Saidaccording to the National Desk:

They are given a false sense of security that doesn’t exist. The reality is that there are many countries where illegal aliens enter our country from countries that we have no diplomatic relations with and have no information about their criminal history.

Mr Morgan added:

The mission of border tools has fundamentally changed from the national security mission of law enforcement to that of processing companies. The reality is that every day this administration releases people we know nothing about, and for the past 36 months, we knew even before they released them. ICE has arrested approximately 200,000 illegal aliens in the United States. Things like this are happening every day because this administration has recreated and reintroduced catch and release.

Pirela Pirera is reportedly a top member of the Colombian drug organization known as Satana. This gang is also associated with an extremely violent Venezuelan gang known as Torren de Aragua.

Leonor Mercian Lopera, Director of the Bogotá Public Prosecutors Office, said: Said Media reported that Pirela Pirela’s job within the gang was to “distribute pamphlets and collect extortion money, and if they did not pay, he would apparently threaten and attack the victims and their relatives.” ” reported.
