Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) said President Joe Biden is secretly rewriting regulations to impose gender ideology on K-12 schools.
“The Biden Administration is enacting a sweeping rewrite of Title IX that will water down protections for women and girls, including in sports,” DeSantis wrote in a post on X/Twitter on Wednesday.
“Mr. Biden does not have the authority to impose his gender ideology on states, and we in Florida reject his efforts,” the governor added.
