Illegal immigrants who have been caught and sent out of the country on buses can get permission to re-enter the country from the U.S. government using a mobile phone app called “CBP One,” Border Patrol Commissioner Alejandro Mayorkas declared on June 26.
“if [caught] The individual consented and returned voluntarily [to Mexico]”Are they eligible for CBP One appointments? They are eligible,” he told reporters in his tightly-guarded office. Tucson Press Conference June 26th.
“They don’t actually want to ban people from coming into the country,” said Mark Krikorian, president of the Center for Immigration Studies. “They just want to ban people from coming into the country.” [illegal migrants] “Money can be laundered through the CBP One process, and this allows that to happen,” he added.
“CBP One” is a smartphone app that allows migrants to apply to enter the US through official gates known as “ports of entry.” Mayorkas’ representatives have used the process to grant illegal economic migrants “parole” legal status, a legal tool that helps Mayorkas give migrants the work permits they need to pay off their smuggling debts and provide for their families.

Mayorkas, who was recently impeached by the House of Representatives, also suggested he has the legal authority to increase the flow of parole immigrants through CBP One, regardless of immigration limits set by Congress in 1965 and 1990.
“The number of appointments allowed at CBP One is about 1,400 to 1,500 per day and is based on the capacity of the ports of entry,” he told reporters. “The ports of entry are outdated and require funding to be modernized.”
Mayorkas’ current influx rate of 1,500 people per day amounts to roughly 550,000 illegal immigrants per year, or one illegal immigrant for every seven U.S. births.
“He’s saying if Congress would give us more money, [for improving the Ports of Entry]”That would allow illegal immigrants to enter the country more quickly, which is what Republicans have been arguing against all along,” Krikorian said.
This administration has also created illegal ways for people to enter the country. There are twice as many illegal immigrants as legal immigrants, so this ad hoc self-immigration system that they’re creating is twice the size of the actual legal immigration system.
The current legal immigration system allows for roughly 1 million immigrants, roughly 1 additional immigrant for every 3.5 American births.
Mayorkas’ move would result in an influx of at least three immigrants per year, roughly one immigrant for every American birth.
Krikorian said Biden’s White House aides support Mayorkas’ border influx.
If they really want to veto his actions, they can, but I don’t think there is enough energy in the executive branch to do so. [staff] The White House has no actual power to change Mayorkas’s behavior, but they don’t really want to in the first place.
Mayorkas is perhaps the most powerful member of Biden’s Cabinet. He has the strong backing of FWD.us, the Mark Zuckerberg-backed group that represents the interests of West Coast investors. When governments bring in consumers, renters and workers from overseas, investors gain wealth and power.
Mayorkas argues that increased immigration is both economically and morally necessary, regardless of the damage it causes to ordinary Americans, the U.S. economy, and the countries that lose immigrants to the U.S. economy.
For example, Mayorkas is a supporter of immigration, arguing that a “core founding principle” of the United States is “fairness” and that he is building an immigration system that guarantees “fairness” to immigrants who want to live and work in Americans’ home countries.
Mayorkas has also used immigration as an economic strategy to inflate the overall size of the U.S. economy with additional consumers, renters and workers.
“Unfortunately, our legal immigration system is not designed to meet the needs of employers here in the United States,” Homeland Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas told the Senate Judiciary Committee in March 2023. He continued:
People from other countries come here to work, either seasonally or temporarily, hoping to earn enough money to take back to their home countries and provide for their families…
We can screen and vet these people in their home countries to meet the labor demand in the United States, so they can safely hop on an airplane, travel to the United States, get legal employment, contribute to the U.S. economy, and return to their home countries with the money they’ve earned, and we can fundamentally address the root causes of why people travel illegally in the first place…
Mayorkas, December 2022 Said El Paso Matters:
We look to our northern partners for a much more agile immigration system that can recalibrate to current needs. For example, Canada needs 1 million workers and has agreed to admit 1.4 million immigrants in 2023 to fill a labour shortage that Canadians alone cannot meet. We are stuck with outdated laws that don’t meet current needs. And those laws haven’t worked for years.
Mayorkas’ plan is reminiscent of President George W. Bush’s 2004 “willing workers” plan, which would have tilted the labor market against families by allowing U.S. employers to freely hire workers from around the world. When you can’t find Americans to work.”
Mayorkas’ immigration policies have drawn the progressive and investor wing of the New Democratic Party intoOur UnionThis coalition uses immigration to shift wealth and political power from broad swaths of ordinary Americans to CEOs, wealthy coastal investors, and government elites.
Extract Migration
Since at least 1990, the federal government has quietly adopted extractive migration policies to grow the consumer economy after helping investors relocate high-wage manufacturing sectors to low-wage countries.
Immigration policies extract huge amounts of human capital from impoverished countries: additional workers, white-collar graduates, consumers, renters. Boost stock prices By cutting American wages, subsidizing less productive businesses, raising rents, and sending real estate prices soaring.
The rarely mentioned economic policies have driven many native-born Americans out of various business careers, reduced American productivity and political influence, slowed high-tech innovation, reduced trade, and Citizen solidarityand government officials and progressives Rising mortality rate of Discarded, Low status American.
Donald Trump’s campaign recognizes the economic impact of immigration. Biden’s unpopular policies “flood the American workforce with millions of low-wage illegal immigrants, a direct attack on the wages and opportunity of hard-working Americans,” the Trump campaign said in a May statement.
This secretive economic policy has siphoned jobs and wealth from the Midwestern states by providing coastal investors and government agencies with a flood of low-wage workers, over-occupied renters and subsidized consumers. Similar policies are harming the people and economies of Canada and the UK.
Policies like colonialism have also harmed small nations and killed hundreds of Americans and thousands of immigrants, including: Taxpayer-Funded Jungle Trail Through the Darien Canyon in Panama.
