Despite its name, Billie Eilish's “Hit Me Hard and Soft Tour” isn't about fans throwing things at her.
Stopping in Glendale, Ariz., on Friday, the 22-year-old pop star sat cross-legged on the Desert Diamond Arena stage and performed her Grammy and Academy Award-winning emotional ballad “What Was I Made For?” Showed off. From last year's blockbuster movie “Barbie”.
Things changed when something hit her directly in the face.

Video shared by social media It shows Eilish being hit with what appears to be a homemade fan necklace.
Eilish flinched at the shock and turned her head to show obvious disappointment. Fans booed Irish before she restarted, picking up her necklace moments later and throwing it aside in disgust.
A representative for Eilish did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital's request for comment.

The incident is yet another example of thoughtless decision-making by fans, who have thrown items such as phones, bracelets and bottles at performers over the past two years. Kelsea Ballerini, Harry Styles, and Bebe Rexha all said they were hit by objects while singing on stage. In the summer of 2023, Lexa was hospitalized and required stitches after a fan threw her cell phone in her face.
In June 2023, Irish said: hollywood reporter This alarming trend was nothing new. “For literally like six years, I've been having things hit me on stage. I don't know why this seems like a new thing,” Eilish said. “People just get excited and it can be dangerous.”

“It’s really upsetting to be there,” she added. “I have mixed feelings about it, because when you're there, it explodes. But I know it's out of love and they just give you something.” I’m just trying.”
Eilish's next performance will be Monday night at the Kia Forum in Inglewood, California. Stiles has been a victim before. In 2022.
