Gabe Davis' era in Buffalo may have ended in a screaming match with the fans.
Davis, who did not play in Sunday's divisional round loss. shouted with fans When he left the field after a loss to the Chiefs to end the season 27-24.
The video showed Davis turning around and shouting at cheering fans after the Bills' disappointing playoff loss.
Bills tight end Dawson Knox tried to move Davis away from the fans, but Davis remained focused on them, performing a turn-and-shout as he left the field.
“I can't even run the route properly,” said one. “Don't do that. Get out of here.”
It's never a good idea to have a screaming match with fans, and this match seemed to show the frustration on both sides before Davis became a free agent.
Warning: Graphic language
Money always speaks, and early signs indicate Davis could be headed elsewhere after gradually moving away from the offense.
Davis said he expects to become a free agent and is open to returning to the Bills, but the Bills had a chance to extend him and didn't do so. According to ESPN.
The 24-year-old has always had ups and downs as he is a vertical threat, but this season there were many games in which he was unable to be involved.
He finished the year with 45 catches, 746 yards, and seven touchdowns.
Davis recorded four goose eggs in his final eight games and had less than 40 receiving yards in five other games.
After Joe Brady promoted him to offensive coordinator on November 14, Davis had 12 catches on 26 targets for 256 receiving yards and two touchdowns in the next six games.
During that span, he recorded three games without a catch.

Davis had six catches, 105 yards and one touchdown against the Eagles on Nov. 26, and has since had just six catches, 151 yards and one touchdown over the last five games.
Given the lack of playmakers and his ties to Buffalo, the Giants could be a potential suitor for Davis in free agency.
