“At game time on Monday, the weather conditions will be very cold. Temperatures will be in the 10s, windchill factor will be low to 0 degrees, maybe up to 9 degrees, but it will be very cold,” Hochul said. at a press conference on Sunday. “However, based on current forecasts, this will not pose any risk of wind or blinding snow, nor will it create dangerous traffic conditions when traveling to or departing from the stadium.”

“So it's a much better situation than today. I'm not saying it's going to be comfortable, but it's not going to be life-threatening either.”

Hochul posted a video of the game at Orchard Park, New York, the home of the Bills.
