Blake Lively tucks away Justin Baldoni legal drama with public appearance

Blake Lively looked like he was on the verge of his continued legal battle with actor Justin Bardoni, so he headed out to South by Southwest (SXSW).

She made one of her first public releases as she and her “It Ends With Us” director and co-star Bardoni filed a lawsuit against each other.

On Friday, Lavilly posed for the photographer, took photos with fans, and signed the sign during the world premiere of her new film Another Simple Favor, which was all smiles.

Her co-star Anna Kendrick was seen having an inexplicable response when asked what it was and what it was like as the legal war with Bardoni unfolds.

The “Another Simple Favor” world premiere on SXSW comes after a legal drama that follows between Lively and Bardoni.

The lively Bardoni legal team fought over a protective order proposed during Thursday's 90-minute hearing.

The parties are debating how much protection and confidentiality is required in this case. In December, he made a lively appeal for sexual harassment. However, Bardoni claimed in the lawsuit that Lively “mistakefully” accused him of trying to repair her reputation after fallout on the film's press tour after taking control of the film.

Lively's lawyers argued that “only the lawyer's eyes” (AEO) appears to be specifying evidence of the case and pushing to publicly hide text messages with “famous individuals.”

Justin Bardoni's attorney, Brian Friedman, said it was offensive for the team to suggest that they ignore the protective order from the court. The lawyer opposed the designation of “only the lawyer's eyes” and expressed concern that Lively's legal team is changing the burden on the defense.

Friedman also confirmed that he had no intention of disclosing information about Lively's medical and psychological records.

Judge Lewis Liman pointed out that if anything related to the case is discussed, the defense should be able to discuss and use it. However, the judge did not make a decision on which protective orders would be implemented during Thursday's hearing.
