Boca Raton’s Wall Street Rally Aims to Draw Major Firms

In the wake of Zoran Mamdani’s remarkable win, a high-profile event in Boca Raton seeks to lure more Wall Street firms to South Florida. The rally, which features a $15 million “Supercar Showcase” and an awards gala, highlights the region’s palm tree ambiance and luxurious way of life.

There’s this ongoing trend of big corporations relocating from the Northeast to warmer, low-tax areas across the country. Miami, for instance, now plays host to Ken Griffin’s Citadel.

As covered previously, rental rates in Boca Raton, once a sleepy spot, have recently outstripped those in West Palm Beach. Roughly 40 firms listed on major stock exchanges like the NYSE and Nasdaq have set up shop in what was once the Golden Triangle commercial district, now referred to as Midtown.

Business leaders from New York are feeling the heat from current political instability, and the “Wall Street South Experience” on December 2 and 3 is poised to gather executives described by sponsors as “South Florida’s brightest and most noteworthy in 2026.”

This event is organized by Michelle Soudry, the founder of Gab Group PR, and is backed by Noble Capital Markets, Inc. It also involves partnerships with The Money Channel NYC, Nasdaq, NYSE, and Bloomberg, which will help publicize the event via an animated display at Times Square.

Keynote speaker Bret Baier from FOX News will headline the event, alongside three familiar faces from “Shark Tank.”

Soudry noted that it’s the perfect moment for Wall Street to engage with South Florida—dubbed “Wall Street South”—given the opportunities present. Executives from around 200 companies based in New York are slated to connect with influential South Florida figures across finance, technology, cryptocurrencies, and real estate.

Delegations from various Manhattan firms, including Medallion Financial Company, BCP Investment Corporation, and healthcare entity DocGo, are expected to attend.

Noteworthy attendees include former owner of the Florida Panthers, Cliff Viner, diamond business mogul David Rosenberg, and John Ferolito, the founder of Arizona Iced Tea. The “Golden Bull” award will be presented, showcasing South Florida’s opulent lifestyle.

Recognized recipients include prominent developer Stephen M. Ross, Florida Lieutenant Governor Jay Collins, and the well-known Boca Raton resident, Mike Tyson.
