New Maryland State Police body camera footage obtained by The Ingraham Angle shows 2020 Trump campaign aides indicted in Georgia election scandal as part of Special Counsel Jack Smith's separate federal investigation The footage shows him complaining about what he suspected were exaggerated tactics by FBI agents dispatched to the scene.
On Friday, stand-in host Will Cain claimed that Harrison Floyd, the former director of Black Voices for Trump, was home with his daughter when he “came off the show Better Call Saul.'' He reported that men in suits appeared and were chasing him.
Floyd appeared shaken, telling Montgomery County police that he yelled back at the men, asking “Who are you?” [expletive] Do you think so? '' and claimed that the men never showed their ID.
Floyd, who served as a Marine in Iraq and is a mixed martial arts expert, also spoke about how he planned to respond when one of the men brandished a pistol.

He was later accused of body slamming an investigator, but his lawyer, Chris Kachoroff, said the allegations, which were initially reported incorrectly in the press, remained in the record of the incident.
“They should have withdrawn it, but at the end of the day, when you look at the police report, it's bizarre to say the least,” Kachorov told “The Ingraham Angle.”
“Remember, these are two FBI agents. They're law enforcement. And if you look at the state police report, Mr. Harrison said that when strange people came to his home and followed him. Remember, I called the police on . If you look at the state, the police report says he's the one who made the call. [police] And he is the victim. He is listed as a victim. ”
Kachorov said he was also arrested about 10 hours after calling police.
The attorney added that as a former law enforcement officer himself, if Mr. Floyd had touched authorities as alleged in the incident, authorities likely would have responded physically.
Jarrett: Smith should be 'indicted for stupidity' in Trump's latest charges
“If you touch a police officer's nose — as the police report says, you walk up to him pointing at your nose and poke him in the cheek — you're hooked. Sho.”
Mr. Kachorov added: smith's agent Plainclothes detectives often wear badges as necklaces because they are responsible for properly identifying themselves when they are not in uniform, he said.
When the body camera returns, Floyd can be heard telling police he wants to know the identity and supervision of the officer who jumped at him.
“I'd like to press [expletive] I will sue the two people who are coming after me with my stuff. [expletive] My daughter…” Floyd can be heard saying on the tape.
When I told the police, “That's not true'' [serving a subpoena] Done,” one of the officers replied, “I agree with you.”
”[T]The strange thing is that state police had him arrested for a state crime, and then only 10 hours after he reported it, you can imagine his surprise that he was arrested now.” Kachorov said, adding that the incident would probably be something like this: It seemed “embarrassing” to the FBI to see police make arrests instead.
The lawyer claimed he received a call from Maryland authorities telling him that Floyd's state-level case would later be dismissed, but that his client could be indicted federally instead.
“Like I said, no sane police officer, even an FBI agent, would pull this type of prank,” he said.
According to Politico, the subpoena against Floyd includes contacts between Floyd and Trump, the Trump White House, lawyers working for Trump, and former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who won the election. It stipulates that documents relating to possible contacts with those involved must be handed over. .
Floyd had been charged in Atlanta along with a number of other Trump associates under Georgia's RICO law, but Smith has reportedly not yet been charged.
According to the Washington Post, the incident in Maryland occurred on February 23, 2023, and an affidavit in the case states that one of the investigators once handed over his ID, but Floyd never saw it. The report claims that there was no such thing.
