Boxer Ryan Garcia Threatens to Sue NYC over Alleged ‘Mental Evaluation’ Requirement

Boxing star Ryan Garcia has threatened to sue the New York State Athletic Commission (NYSAC) for forcing him to submit to a mental health exam after posting several controversial messages on social media. There is.

“I can’t wait for them to ask me to take them to court because I will beat them.”

Many are calling for Garcia’s upcoming fight with Devin Haney to be canceled due to his social media posts. However, WBC president Mauricio Sulaiman said he would take action if NYSAC tried to cancel the fight.
