Following a bloody night in which several teens were shot to death outside a Queens nightclub, a 17-year-old boy was injured in a broad daylight shooting outside a Brooklyn high school early Thursday morning, police said. Announced.

The boy, who attends the nearby Susan S. McKinney Secondary School of the Arts, was shot in the abdomen around 8:30 a.m. at the corner of Park Street and North Portland Avenue in Fort Greene, authorities said.

Sources said the gunman, also believed to be a teenager and last seen wearing a black jacket, fled north on Oxford Street after the shooting.

The violence occurred hours after a gunman injured 10 people, mostly teenagers, in front of Amazura nightclub in Jamaica, police said.

Police said more than 100 people had gathered for a memorial service for 16-year-old Tearyon Mungo, who was shot and killed at the Walt Whitman House public housing complex in Fort Greene on Oct. 26.

Given Mungo's ties to the FNO street gang, investigators are looking into the possibility that the nightclub shooting had gang ties.

Police said Mungo was shot Thursday just about a block away from where a 17-year-old boy was shot and wounded.

Authorities could not immediately say whether Thursday's shooting was related to Mungo's murder and the violence at the nightclub.
