Pro Football Hall of Famer Brett Favre was one of the most notable people to react to Joe Biden awarding him the Presidential Medal of Freedom during Saturday's ceremony. And like many Americans, Mr. Favre took issue with Mr. Biden giving medals to left-wing billionaire George Soros and unsuccessful presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
When it came to Soros, a big donor to the Democratic Party, people took issue with his award because he was funding left-wing district attorneys and their campaigns. Regarding Clinton, the American public's main concern was how she would handle the war in Libya and the attack on the US government facility in Benghazi. Additionally, people had issues with how she was using a private email server for government business. The scandal, in particular, led former FBI Director James Comey to publicly say that Clinton mishandled classified information.
Mr. Favre echoed similar sentiments, expressing disbelief that Mr. Soros and Mr. Clinton won the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
