Brock Bowers did a “cool” Donald Trump dance to celebrate a touchdown, leading to claims that his media appearances were cut short by the Raiders after he was asked about it.
The Las Vegas tight end broke through the two-handed shimmy made famous by the president-elect during a campaign rally after scoring on a 23-yard reception in the third quarter of the Raiders' 34-19 loss to the Dolphins at the Hard Rock. stadium on Sunday.
Several of his teammates also attended.
Bowers, who had a career-high 13 catches for 126 yards, was asked about it by USA Today's Safid Deen as other athletes did the card dance.
Among them are Detroit Lions defensive end Za'Darius Smith, Tennessee Titans wide receiver Calvin Ridley and 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa, who won Saturday night at Madison Square Garden. They included future UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones.
“I've seen everyone do it,” Bowers said, according to Dean. “I watched the UFC fight last night and Jon Jones did it. I like watching UFC, so I saw that and thought it was cool.”
Dean then claimed that the Raiders' public relations team canceled Bowers' recruitment.
The Raiders posted a video of Bowers dancing on social media, but an interview with the rookie was not included in the article. Player interview video on the team's official YouTube channel. It also included video of fellow tight end Michael Meyer, who only made one catch.
CBS has also been charged. Edit dance highlights Bowers grabs.

His words were not included in the press transcript he received from the Dolphins, and there were only three responses.
