This week, Brooke Burke showcased her yoga skills during a beach outing in Malibu. The 53-year-old mom was seen posing in various yoga positions such as warrior, wood, and triangle. She wore a bikini top adorned with sleek black, white, and grey patterns, paired with loose cream capri pants.

After her yoga session, the “Dancing with the Stars” alum highlighted her toned legs while playfully splashing in the waves.

Burke, a well-known fitness advocate, had raised some eyebrows regarding the popularity of Ozempic for weight loss. In a recent statement, she expressed her views on weight-loss pills, emphasizing the importance of working on healthy habits instead. “I’m not upset with the Ozempic trend; I’m just being honest,” she said in an interview.

She explained, “If someone is knowledgeable about training or nutrition, that’s fine. But many people seek quick fixes, disregarding the value of a balanced approach.” Burke also mentioned the concerning effects that such rapid weight loss methods can have on one’s health, pointing out how people often ignore proper dieting and exercise routines.

In sharing her personal routine, she has outlined practices such as detox techniques and specific smoothies that she incorporates into her mornings. “I know it sounds strange, but I find these routines really help with overall wellness,” she remarked, hinting at her unique methods.

Burke encourages women over 50 to consider adding specific elements to their fitness regimens, saying, “We aren’t adequately preparing for these changes.”

In her personal life, Burke has a 21-year-old daughter, Sierra, with her ex-husband, Garth Fisher. She is also the mother of another daughter, Nelia. Burke tied the knot with “Baywatch” star David Charvet in 2011 but the couple divorced in 2020. Currently, she is in a relationship with real estate developer Scott Rigsby.
