Brooke Burke shares the many ways biohacking has helped her in her daily life.
In a recent interview with Fox News Digital, the 53-year-old fitness personality shared how people can make small changes to live a healthier lifestyle in 2025, He explained that biohacking is “a big part of my life right now.”

Burke's biohacking routine includes “doing red light therapy, preferably in a sauna. I also love red light therapy masks, which are really cool because they make you feel like a superhero. They're also great for treating your skin to promote collagen. I do that and it really calms me down. It's great for fine lines and wrinkles,” she said. “I stay extremely hydrated on vacation. I drink more water than alcohol. I get rid of all the sodium.”
