An authentic bruschetta recipe calls for several ingredients to keep your guests full and satisfied.
If it’s not already finely chopped, start by slicing the bread into 1/4- to 1/2-inch pieces.
The tomato mix is heavy, so cut the slices to a thickness that will accommodate the ingredients. Wash the heirloom tomatoes and cut them into small cubes, including the seeds.
The center of the tomato contains a lot of juice.

Add a little salt and ribbon-sliced fresh basil leaves to the bowl with the diced tomatoes. Stir gently with a spoon to combine all ingredients.

Toast the bread until golden brown, then flip to crisp the other side.

While her works paying homage to Child are popping up, there is friction in her marriage.
