Jonathan Last, editor of the far-left newspaper Bulwark, said he supports President-elect Trump's mass deportations at a time when Hispanics are unreliable as Democratic voters.
Let's start with the motivation…
President Trump's desire to secure the border and deport illegal aliens is based on the rule of law. According to laws written by representatives of the American people, those who enter the country illegally are subject to deportation. These laws were enacted in good faith to protect the sovereignty of our country, to ensure that we know who is coming in, and to avoid compromising the standard of living of working people.
Labor activist Cesar Chavez, one of the great champions of workers, fiercely opposed illegal immigration. He understood how it hurt not only the wages of the working class, but also their power to bargain with producers.

At one point, Chavez even tried to seize a number of people and turn away illegal immigrants himself at the border. Cesar Chavez would have loved Donald Trump.
From where I sit, Jonathan Last's motivations for suddenly supporting mass deportation are starkly reminiscent of the Jim Crow South, which Democrats created to expose black people who didn't vote for Democrats. It is a racist act. Mr. Rust also acknowledged that illegal aliens vote and that they were imported by the tens of millions by the Democratic Party for their votes.
“Democrats should cut their political spending to zero to stop the Trump deportation effort,” Rust explained on Blue Sky (also known as “Twitter for Cats”). He also admitted that it would be “insane to spend money to help people who are no longer a key component of the electoral coalition.”
And there it is.
Finally, she reacted to the story of an undocumented immigrant named Rosa, who said she was glad her two sons voted for Trump.
First of all, Mr. Rust calls for an entire race to be punished for not voting the way he demands. That is blatant racism.
In the end, he says that all brown people should think the same way. That is blatant racism.
Finally, he admitted that he believes illegal immigrants will vote. Rust names illegal immigrants as the only group facing deportation as they are no longer “a key part of the electoral coalition.”
In other words, Hey, we imported these brown people for voting. They betrayed us. Please send everything back.
Bulwark was started by a group of pseudo-conservatives calling themselves NeverTrump. This site is home to Bill Kristol, Mona Challen, Tim Miller, and many other losers who thought Donald Trump was too reprehensible to support. Now back to the important point…

All Moral Betters on The Bulwark are published on and associated with sites whose editors support mass deportation based on racial group voting preferences.
If Donald Trump said of Hispanics, “It's crazy to spend capital and effort,” can you imagine the pearl-clutching we'd see on a very high bulwark? [stop the mass deportation of] People who are no longer key components of your electoral coalition”?
These Never Trumpers have proven time and time again to be terrible, terrible people. They're the worst people. There are no principles. There is no manners. All that matters is power, money, and status.
