President Joe Biden on Sunday night allowed his son Hunter to cover up his apparent role in influence peddling by announcing a pardon dating back to 2014, including Hunter's corrupt role in Ukraine.
While President Biden focused on his son's gun conviction and his son responded with a statement about his addiction, the reality is that the pardon is a much more serious attempt to sell US foreign policy for financial gain. The act is targeted.
The pardon covers acts from January 1, 2014 to December 1, 2024. Hunter Biden's appointment to the board of corrupt Ukrainian gas company Burisma announced Reporters and State Department staff immediately flagged the appointment as a potential conflict of interest, given that then-Vice President Joe Biden was in charge of the Obama-Biden administration's foreign policy in Ukraine (and perhaps (This is probably why Mr. Hunter was appointed.)
President Obama repeatedly dodged questions on the subject and journalists let it go. Officials who tried to find answers in the vice president's office were either ignored or told that Joe Biden was busy mourning his other son, Beau.
Joe Biden was directly involved in his son's role in Ukraine — especially given the evidence. appeared In 2020, her son's laptop recorded a meeting between then-Vice President Biden and one of Hunter's Burisma associates. This debunks Joe Biden's repeated claims that he has nothing to do with his son's business interests. More importantly, it was revealed that Biden may have been a knowing accomplice in refusing to register his son as a foreign agent in Ukraine.
Hunter Biden also has various other foreign business associations, in which his father also participated. Pardoning Hunter Biden for his actions dating back to January 1, 2014 would not only protect Hunter, but also President Joe Biden.
Ironically, in 2019, Democrats impeached then-President Donald Trump and called on Ukraine to investigate the Bidens, and now President Biden has pardoned his son for his crimes. Mr. Trump was acquitted and is now completely exonerated.
