Caitlyn Jenner says SCOTUS ruling against Biden-Harris Title IX change is ‘great news’ for women’s sports

Former U.S. Olympian and Fox News contributor Caitlyn Jenner praised the Supreme Court’s 5-4 decision to deny the Biden administration’s emergency request to enforce Title IX reforms. Biological males allowed In 10 states, they can enter women’s restrooms, locker rooms and dorms.

“The Supreme Court just overturned Title IX amendments that would have allowed biological boys to participate in girls’ sports. This is great news for girls’ sports across the country!” Jenner I wrote to X Friday evening.

The Biden administration argued the restrictions had no effect on sports eligibility, but several Republican attorneys general sued, arguing they violated parts of state laws that ban transgender students from participating in girls’ sports.

In June, several experts Evidence presented Biden told Fox News Digital that the assertion that biologically it is not up to men to participate in women’s sports is incorrect.

In West Virginia, an incident occurred after the state passed the Women’s Sports Protection Act in 2021, banning transgender girls from competing with biological girls in sports. “We wanted to avoid sexual harassment of female players in the locker room and to prevent female players being removed from the team, but unfortunately West Virginia’s role was only suspended with respect to one player during the litigation,” Rachel Rouleau, legal counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom (ADF), previously told Fox News Digital.

Jenner became famous after winning a gold medal for the United States at the 1976 Montreal Olympics and appearing on the now-iconic box of Wheaties cereal. Jenner also became famous as the second husband of the famous Kardashian matriarch, now known as Kris Jenner, and father to Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner.

Bruce Jenner came out as a transgender woman in 2015, taking the name Caitlyn.

Jenner, a Fox News contributor, has been a vocal opponent of allowing biological males to compete in women’s athletics.

Jenner has previously supported the New York County initiative. Banning transgender athletes From competing with biological females.

“Athletes should compete in the biological sex they were assigned at birth, and that’s really important to protecting the integrity of competitive life in women’s sports,” Jenner, a Fox News contributor, said in Mineola, New York, in March.
