Canadian triathlete Tyler Mislauchuk vomited after emerging from the waters of the Seine River following the conclusion of his Olympic competition on Wednesday.

Olympic officials have faced much criticism over dangerous levels of water in the notoriously polluted river, but organizers insist the river’s quality is safe for Olympic athletes.
