Candace Cameron Bure Reflects on Mixed Emotions During Daughter’s Wedding

Candace Cameron Bure has opened up about the conflicting feelings she experienced while celebrating her daughter’s wedding. The 49-year-old actress, known for her role in “Full House,” marked this occasion with her daughter, former Disney Channel star Bradley Perry, on September 14. This celebration came just days after the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk.

She added, “I’ve been feeling pretty low, but those who know me understand I will continue to share my faith and encourage people to read the Bible.”

Charlie Kirk was tragically killed on September 10 while speaking in Orem, Utah. Candace took to Instagram to express her sorrow, stating, “We love you, Charlie.”

The announcement of her daughter’s wedding came as a surprise to many since Natasha and her partner had kept their engagement under wraps. Natasha later shared that they had gotten engaged back in April.

“These last few months—especially last week—have been a whirlwind,” Candace mentioned in another Instagram story. “We kept a big secret, which was fun but also challenging at times.”

Following the wedding news, Candace shared images featuring her sons, Lev and Maxim, with her husband Valeri Bure, along with highlights from their special day on social media.

Natasha, during an interview, shared that Candace played a significant role in her wedding, saying, “My mother is my ‘something blue’ and that’s so special to me. She really means the world to me, and I wanted to honor her in that way.”

Candace has previously celebrated family milestones, including her son Lev’s wedding to Elliot Dunham in January 2024, sharing her joy on Instagram. “We couldn’t be happier to welcome another beautiful daughter into our family,” she expressed, reflecting on the love and blessings that come from family.
