Carmen Electra kicks off Halloween
So, Carmen Electra—at 54—doing vampire-themed content at a gas station wasn’t something I expected this morning, but here we are. Halloween week is officially on, and who better to kick it off than a legend who knows the content landscape well?
While she’s not in the spotlight daily, Electra still knows how to make a splash. Recently, she collaborated with Buffalo Wild Wings, pretending to munch on chicken wings. That was a clever move.
And now, we have Halloween content courtesy of Drew Decker in Scary Movie. This is really Electra’s big week. Get ready for what’s coming.

Let’s get a feel for what readers think. Are you still enjoying content about Pat? Do you feel it’s becoming too much? Or perhaps you’re just done with it?
I’ve been busy with Saturday morning soccer games and cross-country events, so I’ve missed the college football pregame shows. Honestly, I’m indifferent about it, but it seems to be a hot topic for many writers eager to critique.
What’s your take on Pat?
Speaking of college football, did you catch that flop last night?
Gotta give him some credit for the performance.
Quick hitters?
- I really don’t get how Tennessee fans handle it. One week, they’re celebrating a win over Alabama like it’s 1998, and the next, they lose to an unranked team. It’s gotta be rough.
- And on that note, Michigan football seems to be right where it deserves to be. If Ohio State loses to them, it could be one of the worst losses in recent memory. I mean, even with freshman quarterbacks, that would sting.
- Lanorris Sellers’ acrobatics helped South Carolina get a walk-off win against Tennessee.
- A friend of mine has been begging me to go see USC play for a road trip. His big idea was to watch them go against Indiana, but ever since their loss to Wisconsin, he’s gone quiet. Can’t blame him. And props to Lincoln Riley for that hefty contract—someone might just go for that buyout.
Mailbag: Americans serving their kids Dump Dinners
• Greg from Nebraska writes: I hope Junior had a good race today.
On the topic of dump dinners, it’s really up to you how you raise your kids. If you choose to plop food on the table, or not, it’s your call. But think about the kind of kid you want. Do you want kids who behave and reflect well on you, or those who act up and make a scene, like spilling Mac & Cheese all over? If you set an example for good behavior, that’s what you’re likely to get. Chaos won’t just show up at mealtime; it’ll follow them everywhere. Teach them right, and they’ll likely follow suit.
As for the National Anthem, I’m not surprised by the WNBA’s actions. I expected as much. What bothers me more is that my high school team hasn’t come out for it this year. Instead, they go to the locker room and wait around until they can make a grand entrance while the band plays. I emailed the athletic director to voice my discontent, as I think it’s setting a poor example of patriotism for the kids. Apparently, they didn’t care. Last night was the last time that happened. I wonder if other high schools are skipping it too.
Have a great working weekend.
Kinsey: The race is actually today. With SeanJo on vacation and having some downtime, it makes sense to focus on Sunday Screencaps.
That’s my morning update. Now it’s time to hit the racing scene. Two miles ahead—let’s see if Screencaps Jr. can break his personal record and whether this team can push for a state title.
