Celebrities attend Lakers vs Rockets Game 5, including Jason Sudeikis and Brenda Song

The crowd was buzzing at Crypto.com Arena on Wednesday night for Game 5 featuring the Houston Rockets and the Los Angeles Lakers.

In a neat coincidence, Jason Sudekis, the star of “Ted Lasso,” was courtside as the new Season 4 trailer dropped, set to premiere on August 5.

Right in front of him were Brenda Song and Macaulay Culkin, a well-known couple in Hollywood who’s always showing up at local sports events. They’re often spotted at Lakers, Dodgers, or Rams games.

Mariska Hargitay, known for her role on NBC’s Law & Order, was there too, enjoying the game with actors John David Washington, Dyan Cannon, Andy Garcia, Jay Mohr, and Ray Nicholson. It was one of those nights where the actors just laughed and enjoyed each other’s company.

NBA superfan Jimmy Goldstein was seated in his usual spot, dressed in all leather, including a cowboy hat. Also on the sidelines were former Lakers player Ron Artest, now called Metta World Peace, and Taylor Hendricks from the Memphis Grizzlies.

Another familiar face, Ndamukong Suh, who’s known for pressuring quarterbacks, kept his eyes riveted on LeBron James and the Lakers throughout the game.

On the business side of things, Tilman Fertitta was watching the Rockets closely, while Stan Kasten, co-owner of the Dodgers, was also present. Not to mention comedy star Byron Allen and film producer Jeffrey Katzenberg rounding out the crowd.

But perhaps the biggest cheer came for Mookie Betts, the former MVP and current All-Star shortstop for the Dodgers. It was clear the fans were excited to see him.
