Charlamagne calls out 'The View' for not including conservative perspectives on the program

“The Breakfast Club” host Charlamagne Tha God criticized the lack of conservative voices on the show during a discussion on Monday. He expressed his disbelief that “The View” has hosted 102 left-leaning guests without including any conservatives, calling it ridiculous. This remark came after Charlamagne’s appearance on Fox News with Lara Trump, where he shared his thoughts on media representation and political discourse.

Charlamagne went on to say that only talking to people you agree with doesn’t offer any real value. He pointed out that the discussion among liberal hosts like Joy Behar and Whoopi Goldberg lacks diversity in perspective. Six hosts on “The View,” including former Trump aide Alyssa Farah Griffin, have not supported Trump’s candidacy for 2024.

During his conversation with Lara Trump, Charlamagne also touched on potential candidates for the White House in 2028, emphasizing the need for a broader range of perspectives in media. This debate highlighted “The View,” a program scrutinized for its unbalanced guest list as reported by the Media Research Center (MRC).

The MRC’s analysis indicated that in the first seven months of 2025, the show featured an overwhelming bias, with no conservative guests at all. Even when conservatives were invited, the specifics were often unclear. The data showed that the show had hosted 102 liberal guests during this period without including any conservative voices.

“The View” has been open about its agenda to promote Democratic viewpoints, focusing primarily on political discussions that elevate only liberal views. Fox News Digital reached out for a statement from “The View,” but no response had been received at the time of reporting.
