Charlie Kirk’s assassination triggered a significant change in the MAGA movement

The impact of Charlie Kirk’s bold stance against the left has mobilized the MAGA movement in a way I’ve never witnessed before.

For more than two decades, I’ve been part of a conservative movement—not as a major player, but as a steady contributor and observer.

Recently, after the shocking announcement of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, I witnessed something remarkable. It’s difficult to put into words, but I’ll give it a shot…

A few years back, it felt like a program had been uploaded into the somewhat fractured center of the movement. This “program” waited for certain events to unfold, and when they did, something shifted within us, sparking a remarkable response.

There was no call to action from a leader. No major announcements. It just… happened.

All at once…

  1. We grasped the significance of what had changed.
  2. We rallied.
  3. We readied ourselves for action.
  4. We instinctively knew what needed to be done.
  5. We understood our capacity to take that action.
  6. We acted decisively.
  7. We possessed an unprecedented determination.
  8. If necessary, we’re committed for the long haul.

And, perhaps, this is the healthiest aspect of all. No one is complaining about media biases or unfair coverage. Instead, I quickly realized that some people on the left seemed to celebrate the murder of Charlie Kirk, labeling him and others as “Nazis” or “white supremacists.”

This is a first for us. While corporate media still lingers in our thoughts, Charlie Kirk’s influence has begun to drive away those doubts.

Today, we find ourselves in a place that seemed impossible two decades ago… the media no longer holds sway over us. It’s no longer central to our discussions. Finally, after years of effort and that crucial switch being flipped, we understand our power. What a relief, really, to channel this energy toward accountability and to stand against those forces aiming for our downfall.

Networks like CNN, MSNBC, and others just feel like background noise now. Their narratives no longer matter to us.

Even better, rather than empowering these outlets with our grievances, we’ve turned those frustrations into something actionable—fuel for our arguments, a way to welcome new allies, and a means to hold wrongdoing accountable.

At one point, we became impervious to the usual media tactics. We’ve recognized that the media isn’t worth our time.

Now, Democrats and the media are all about unity. In the past, we’ve fallen into that trap. But this time, our collective voice has dismissed it. When the George Floyd riots occurred, there was no talk of unity from their side—only demands for loyalty.

They want us to mellow down. In the past, we would have listened. Not anymore. Our collective response is clear: “go away.” You don’t call for restraint; you only impose it on us. When one of our own tries to engage civilly with you, you publicly attack him and threaten the rest.

They aim to threaten us emotionally, demanding accountability for those they claim celebrate violence. Ah, the old “moral high ground” tactic. Collectively, we say: “go away.” We’ve seen what you did to a rodeo clown wearing an Obama mask. You ruined his career. Today, numerous qualified individuals on the left incite violence against us in the wake of Charlie Kirk’s tragedy.

Our response is strong, and the key part is the “going” part.

Media has lost its relevance. We’re aware of their intentions.

“They call us Nazis. What do they really want from us?” questions arise.

We’re not like them, and the profound loss we’ve experienced has instilled a strong moral clarity…

While they engage in chaos, we’re upholding our values.

They cheer violence; we do not.

They support domestic extremist groups; we stand firmly against that.

They silence others based on differing opinions; we seek true accountability.

We are now holding our ground.

And we act—peacefully, legally, and with determined resolve.

Everything has shifted forever. I can’t predict how successful this will ultimately be, but we now grasp our mission, recognize our adversaries, and are prepared for the march ahead.
