ChatGPT is an artificial intelligence (AI) chatbot operated by OpenAI that can generate text and code in response to user prompts.
The new beta version will be available to ChatGPT Plus, Team, and Pro (paid accounts) users this week.
ChatGPT provides push notifications on the platform where the user requests the chatbot to be enabled.
For example, users can now set up technology to remind them to buy something at the grocery store in the next week.
Modern technology also allows you to set recurring requests, such as a reminder to log your work hours every Friday afternoon.

To create a task, users must click on the drop-down menu and select 4o using scheduled task.
Users can easily manage their reminders and requests through the web app and other platforms. This feature is designed to be flexible and will occasionally suggest tasks based on your chats.

You can also enable scheduled web browsing using the Tasks feature. This feature allows users to tell ChatGPT to check for concert tickets each month, but does not allow them to perform ongoing searches or purchases.
Although this feature is still in its infancy, it offers the practical functionality you would typically expect from a digital assistant like Siri or Alexa.
Tasks are part of OpenAI's commitment to AI agents, which are models that can operate somewhat independently.
OpenAI is using this beta period to gather user feedback before expanding functionality to the broader ChatGPT community, including mobile apps and a free version.
This new feature comes as users turn to ChatGPT to help with everything from raises to finding true love.
