Ava Hunt, daughter of Kansas City Chiefs CEO Clark Hunt, was recovering after being rushed to the hospital following a hiking accident.
Ava’s mother, Tavia Shackles, posted about her daughter’s recovery on her Instagram Story earlier this week. Page 6The post expired on Wednesday.

“This little one fell off a mountain while hiking today and went to the emergency room for surgery on deep wounds,” Shackles wrote alongside a photo of himself and Ava. “It’s been a very long day.
“She is recovering and already smiling. Thank God. Please pray for a speedy and full recovery.”
Hunt later posted that he was back home and watching Simone Biles perform on the balance beam.

“UPDATE: Surgery went well and I’m now home watching my favorite @simonebiles!!,” she wrote on her Story. “Feeling great (but maybe still a little meds kicking in).

Ava Hunt is the younger sister of Gracie Hunt, who is often seen on the Chiefs sidelines, and her parents are Clark Hunt and Tavia Shackles.
