WASHINGTON – Sliding fencing outside the White House on Wednesday. Intercepted by a Secret Service representative.
Secret Service spokesman Anthony Grielmi said that around an hour after President Donald Trump announced plans for car fares from the oval office, a young intruder squeezed the fence on the North Lawn around 6:30pm.
“The officers quickly reunited their children with their parents,” Gullielmi said in a social media post.
A video posted on social media shows the blue child carrying a young child wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt over the grass before handing over the child to another officer.
Such an invasion occurred previously. In April 2023, the toddler squeezed metal fencing on the grass to the north and later reunited with his parents.
