Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) on Tuesday pushed back against Sen. Tim Scott’s (R.S.C.) attacks on border policy and legislation, echoing his claims that Democrats don’t want to pursue border security. He called it “bullshit”. countermeasure.
Scott said in an interview on Fox News On Monday, he said, “The left wants open and unstable borders. Conservatives and sensible independents alike, we want America to be safe.”
