Six of our team members were forced to spend a night in jail for simply writing a message on a bus, “Stop attacking Christians,” to denounce the mockery of Christians. This is not illegal. As one lawyer put it:

according to The Christian StandtBass also linked to a petition calling on the International Olympic Committee to apologize for the depiction at the opening ceremony. Last SupperExcept it featured drag queens, exposed penises and a lesbian DJ instead of Jesus.
“What will happen if we continue to remain silent? Our faith, our Christian symbols, will become a permanent parody promoted by queer, LGBTI and transgender lobbies backed by globalist leaders and the international left,” reads the petition, which had garnered nearly 400,000 signatures as of Thursday morning.
“This is a deliberate and vicious parody that humiliates the faith we hold most dear as Christians. They know that we are an easy target,” the petition continued. “And unless we stop them, they will continue to do so. This is to protect our faith and ensure that such blatant blasphemy never happens again.”
“We cannot allow them to blaspheme our Lord Jesus Christ with such obscene language. If we continue to remain silent, we will send a message that such disrespect will be tolerated.”
As mentioned above, press release Following the message from CitizenGO founder Ignacio Arzuaga, French police surrounded the bus at gunpoint and arrested six Christians and the bus driver at around 7pm after it had been traveling through Paris since 9am.
He claimed that French prosecutors had sent police to stop the bus on the orders of French President Emmanuel Macron.
Alsuaffe and Citizen Goh plan to sue President Macron, prosecutors and French police.
“Woke governments are becoming more and more totalitarian,” he said.
The group’s lawyers managed to secure the release of the activists just after 4 a.m. the following day, claiming they had done nothing illegal.
“It seems impossible to establish a charge of failure to communicate the intention to protest, since there was only one protesting vehicle. The prosecution pushed the law to its limits to stop the bus and restrict their freedom of speech, and the proceedings were irregular,” the lawyer said.
