For five days, US military helicopters remained on the ground.
The Biden-Harris administration's response to Hurricane Helen was slow, weak, and deadly — but you wouldn't know it in the mainstream media, except for Fox News.
Hurricane Helen made landfall on Thursday, September 26th at 11:10 p.m.
The following Thursday, reporters asked President Joe Biden about the storm belt. Biden responded, “Oh, storm zone? I don't know what storm you're talking about…” but Biden recovered and said, “They're getting what they need, and overall they're doing very well.” I'm satisfied,'' he said.

A day earlier, Biden ordered 1,000 active-duty military personnel to provide assistance, a full five days after the storm dumped up to 30 inches of rain in some mountainous areas. 22 helicopters So did tactical vehicles from Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg), about 400 miles east of hard-hit Asheville, North Carolina.

Fort Liberty's 82nd Airborne Division Combat Aviation Brigade has approximately 50 utility helicopters. The Fayetteville Military Facility, the largest in the U.S. Army, is home to approximately 100,000 active-duty and reserve soldiers who are available for presidential call-up. As a result, Biden sent only 1% of Fort Liberty's personnel and less than half of the base's much-needed helicopter inventory.
Meanwhile, FEMA, the federal government's emergency management arm, warned it was running low on funds after spending. $1.4 billion On aid to “sanctuary cities” filled with illegal immigrants and mostly fake asylum seekers. FEMA announced that it has sent 150 generators to the affected areas. However, there are at least twice as many generators available within an hour's drive from a typical city.
Displaced people in Helen's affected Appalachians are at risk of disease from contaminated water and at risk from human traffickers who prey on the confused, weak and vulnerable. Fort Liberty's hundreds of military police from the 503rd Military Police Battalion and 82nd MP Company could serve as a powerful deterrent within the shelter if activated.

So how does Biden and Harris' disaster response compare to other recent events? The media and Democrats despised President George H. W. Bush's federal response to the 1992 L.A. riots, and then again for his actions in response to Hurricane Katrina in 2005.
During the 1992 Los Angeles riots, I was a captain in the California Army National Guard. Within three days, 10,000 Guardsmen were sent to the area to quell the looting and arson. The riot began on the night of April 29, and the National Guard's Congressional Company was called to the scene the following evening. The next day, 4,000 Guard troops were stationed in the city, and President Bush ordered active duty Army and Marines, as well as 1,000 federal law enforcement officers. By May 2, 10,000 Guard members and 3,500 active-duty soldiers and Marines maintained order in Los Angeles.

So while President Bush ordered 3,500 active-duty personnel to LA three days into the emergency, it took Biden five days to make the decision to send 1,000 troops to help.
Hurricane Katrina made landfall at approximately 4:30 a.m. on Monday, August 29, 2005. At the request of Louisiana Governor Kathleen Blanco, President George W. Bush had declared a state of emergency on Saturday, August 27, two days before landfall. Within a day of the crash, a U.S. Coast Guard helicopter was already operational and rescued about 350 people from the rooftop. President Bush witnessed the devastation from the air on August 31st, but was heavily criticized for flying over without seeing things on the ground. On September 1, President Bush asked Governor Blanco to allow the federal government to take over relief efforts, by which time the 15,256 Guard members are expected to have grown to more than 40,000 from neighboring states. President Bush visited the site just two days after the landing. Two days after Helen's death, Biden was on a Delaware beach, “taking command,” as he claimed, and on the phone for two hours. Vice President Kamala Harris was at a fundraiser on the West Coast.

The U.S. military chain of command for this disaster runs from Biden to Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin to the commander of U.S. Northern Command. Biden's slow and disorganized response to Hurricane Helen, which took two days longer than his two recent predecessors to address the crisis, shows that the president is out of line and unfaithful to his job. It tells us that there is no such thing.
The Biden-Harris administration's slow and half-hearted disaster response has put hundreds of thousands of Americans at risk of destruction in the Helen area. Biden's lackluster involvement in the most powerful government on earth puts the entire country at risk as the world descends into chaos, while Harris devotes her time and energy to running to replace Biden while hiding from the media. concentrate.
