Classy Kimmel yuks it up at another attempted Trump shooting

Bless Jimmy Kimmel's heart.

The far-left comedian was on a summer break but returned to deliver an angry performance on ABC, where he greeted the news of a second assassination attempt on Donald Trump with exactly the reaction you'd expect.

“I don't do politics. I'm one of those people. [who says]”What the hell? Shut up. No one is listening.”

No sympathy, no laughs, just victim blaming.

“You are a calming presence. … This man has spent the last week spreading a complete lie, which we know is a lie, about Haitian immigrants eating pets in Springfield, Ohio.”

It's strange to see late-night TV join VHS tapes and pagers. Scum of HistoryCall Columbo!

Disney's “Gay Explosion”

Team Disney is missing the message. Seriously.

According to a new report, the Mouse House Refrain from a “not-so-secret” gay agenda CEO Bob Iger previously argued that the company was trying to “quiet the noise” on the front lines of the culture wars in “Inside Out 2.”

The strategy appears to have worked: The sequel is Pixar's biggest hit to date, the biggest hit of the year, and the highest-grossing animated film of all time.

But Disney+ continues to push gay messages in its original programming — and the stars aren't stopping to brag about it.

And the latest example? Agatha All Along, the new MCU series starring Kathryn Hahn, whose stars thrived at the red carpet premiere while also touting the show's gay authenticity.

“Parks and Recreation” co-star Aubrey Plaza Fame boosted the series It was thought that it would end with a “gay explosion.”

What was your confetti budget for this series?

There's nothing wrong with gay characters being a part of this show or any other show. The constant peddling in that direction just alienates some fans and puts emphasis where it shouldn't be. Unless “Agatha” is “Acolyte” levels of bad…

Jane's Pain

The fighting-spirited Oasis brothers have allies.

Jane's Addiction's reunion tour has come to an end following an onstage brawl between lead singer Perry Farrell and guitarist Dave Navarro during a recent concert, with Farrell punching Navarro and the resulting brawl putting the band on its knees for the time being.

The rock band seems to have mellowed as they've gotten older. Pharrell apologized to fans and bandmates, but Navarro chose the noble path. in his reply.

“Our concern is [Farrell’s] Given his personal health and safety as well as our own, we had no other choice. We hope he finds the help he needs.”

This, and rock singer Dave Grohl's recent admission that he fathered a child out of wedlock, make it feel like the 1970s all over again. Can someone please trash a hotel room immediately?

Scary movies

Vampires famously hate garlic. Film critics cringe at the sight of Matt Walsh's manly beard. Most critics ignored his 2022 film, “What Is a Woman?”. They're equally fearful about his next movie.

It's just a movie, there's nothing to be scared of.

“Am I Racist?” grossed a staggering $4.5 million over the weekend, making it the most popular documentary of the year. Produced by The Daily Wire, the film spotlights DEI experts captured in “Borat”-esque interviews.

No mainstream film critic has criticized the movie. The New York Times? The Washington Post? CNN? Nothing.

Meanwhile, indie film critics like Film Threat's Chris Gore are getting all the clicks on their respective platforms. Clicks may be the currency of the internet, but critics would rather see their traffic drop than tell their readers about DEI revelations…

Pharrell supports staying silent

Democratic activists openly wanted a Taylor Swift endorsement earlier this year, thinking that if anyone could pull “Weekend at Biden's” across the finish line, it would be Tay Tay. You can't blame them.

Swift remained silent until finally last week, when she formally endorsed Biden's successor as vice president, Kamala Harris, a cat lover, though some polling suggests her endorsement was a flop.

Pharrell thinks he knows why.

The Hollywood Reporter tried to woo the “Happy” singer into re-signing with Harris, but he didn't accept. Instead, The outlet received harsh criticism.

“I don’t get involved in politics. … In fact, it annoys me sometimes when I see celebrities trying to tell you this. [who to vote for]Some celebrities I respect have opinions, but not all of them. I'm one of them. [who says]”What the hell? Shut up. No one is listening.”

To be fair, The Hollywood Reporter did ask, and they didn't like the answer.
