Former Donald Trump lawyer Michael Cohen, a key witness in New York prosecutors’ case against the former president, testified Thursday that he recorded more than 40 phone conversations with reporters.

“You better believe I want this guy out of office,” Cohen said.
Mr. Trump’s lawyers also questioned Mr. Cohen about previously calling Mr. Trump “stupid Donald,” and Mr. Cohen acknowledged that he had done so.
