Illegal Immigrant Arrested for Alleged Molestation of High School Girl Sparks Outrage in Virginia

Emily Compagno, Kayleigh McEnany, Harris Faulkner, and Steve Doocy discussed the apprehension of Israel Christopher Flores Ortiz, a 19-year-old undocumented immigrant from El Salvador, who is facing accusations of molesting 12 female high school classmates in Fairfax County, Virginia. There’s a rising controversy, as the Outnumbered Committee claims the school district concealed the assaults for weeks, which seems to breach state law. The group is also expressing strong discontent with the Biden administration’s immigration policies, which they say enabled illegal entries into the U.S. in 2024.

In another development, a Colombian man, Brian Escobar Guarnizo, has been sentenced to 25 years in prison for the sexual exploitation of a minor in Missouri. Authorities made this announcement recently.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) reported that Escobar Guarnizo was convicted of raping and impregnating a 12-year-old girl. His arrest took place in September 2024 after a tip led authorities to investigate, regarding an allegation he had impregnated a young girl.

Investigators uncovered pictures and messages indicating that Escobar Guarnizo had made numerous advances toward the child and had solicited nude images and videos.

DHS indicated that Escobar Guarnizo, who is originally from Honduras, pleaded guilty in August 2025 to the sexual exploitation charges after being initially charged with producing child pornography. He received his sentence of 25 years on Monday.

Lauren Biss, the Acting Assistant Secretary of DHS, commended the ruling in a statement, citing Escobar Guarnizo as a “dirtbag” charged with serious crimes after the victimization of a child. The DHS stated that he had entered the United States illegally in 2023 during the current administration.

Biss further noted, “Thanks to the diligent work of ICE officials and local partners, this child predator has been sentenced to prison. This illegal immigrant should not have been permitted to enter the country in the first place.”

The actions leading to this sentencing stemmed from extensive investigations carried out by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations and other law enforcement entities.
