According to police, investigators believe the incident began with an argument between the suspect and Sanchez over Sanchez’s foot blocking an aisle, and ended with the suspect shooting Sanchez.
The suspect was taken into custody Thursday night on suspicion of first-degree murder. The Denver District Attorney’s Office will make the final decision on potential charges.

The identity of the suspect has not been released because he is a juvenile, according to a 9News article.
Also video footage show The bus stopped in the middle of the intersection and officials gathered at the scene.

In December, Breitbart News reported that Denver Mayor Mike Johnston’s (D) car was stolen a second time, but was eventually recovered.
The newspaper noted that the incident occurred amidst rampant crime in the city.
“According to NIBRS crime data, there have been 6,110 violent crimes in the city since the beginning of the year, including 607 sexual assaults, 1,099 robberies, 76 murders, and 4,328 aggravated assaults. “This represents a 5.58 percent increase in violent crime alone from the three-year average,” the outlet said.
“There have also been 36,580 property crimes in the city since the beginning of the year, including 11,015 motor vehicle thefts,” it added.
