Colorado mom stops Peeping Tom who filmed her in dressing room

A Colorado woman took matters into her own hands last week after finding a Peeping Tom who had slipped her cell phone under her changing room door.

Michelle Chandler pounced on the creep and pinned him to the floor of a department store at the Lakewood Mall.

The video shows the mother of five sitting on top of the stranger as she desperately tries to escape.

Eventually, she used her knee to hold him down as employees filed out, keeping him still until mall security arrived and handcuffed Peeping Tom.

The team also used belts to restrain the sick person, she said.

“You need to take responsibility,” Chandler recalled telling the creeps. Fox 31 interview.

“What you did wasn’t okay.”

The terrifying incident happened while Chandler was trying on his Mother’s Day costume. The happy occasion quickly turned sour due to the antics of the stranger.

The first time she knew something was wrong was when she smelled an odor in the gender-neutral dressing room that hit her nostrils.

“Interestingly, I noticed that someone’s feet smelled really bad,” Chandler said.

“When I went to take these pants off,” she added, pointing to the jeans she was wearing. “I bent down and looked back and saw the men’s shoes, socks and his cell phone pointed at me.”

Chandler jumped into action without hesitation. She said he couldn’t risk Chandler running away and committing the act again.

“I grabbed him, threw him to the ground, put my knee into his back and pinned his head down,” she said.

Chandler said the suspect is a 19-year-old man, but did not release his name.

The Lakewood Police Department confirmed their involvement in the disturbing incident, but did not say what charges were filed against Peeping Tom.

“Unfortunately, this is legal,” a police spokesperson told FOX31.

The incident comes just weeks after a pervert was caught trying to record an “upskirt” video by slipping a cell phone under an unsuspecting shopper at a Target in North Carolina.

Thomas Elliott, 21, a volunteer at a local elementary school, tried desperately to deny the evil act.
