Columbia president Minouche Shafik admits talks with anti-Israel protesters have broken down

Embattled Columbia University President Minoush Shafiq acknowledged on Monday that talks with anti-Israel protesters have broken down, and the Ivy League school is now working on separate plans to “end this crisis as quickly as possible.” He warned that he was considering options.
