Kathy Griffin has disclosed the hefty sum she spent on her third facelift at the age of 65. During a conversation with hosts Josh Peck and Ben Soffer, she stated, “It wasn’t cheap. Are you ready? $218,000.”

In August, Griffin mentioned that this was the third cosmetic procedure she had undergone. She humorously remarked that audiences at her shows had never seen her youthful appearance. Griffin also shared some details about the surgeries she’s had, including a procedure “above the eye,” suggesting that her eyelid surgery featured what she’s dubbed “cat-eye stitches.”

Griffin discussed the unique pressures faced by female comedians regarding their looks, reflecting on how this could influence their careers. She recalled a time when agents would offer blunt feedback, saying, “They liked your audition, but they want someone more appealing,” which is, you know, discouraging. She even mentioned trying to enhance her appearance, like getting a nose job, in hopes of improving her opportunities.
