Trump Surprises with Comedian Theo Von in Qatar

During a visit to Qatar on Thursday, President Donald Trump unexpectedly introduced comedian Theo Von. Trump had been in the region to finalize a significant $96 billion deal involving 210 jets purchased by Qatar Airways from Boeing.

Speaking at Al Udeid Air Force Base, Trump entertained the crowd of military personnel by sharing a lighthearted conversation he had with his son, Baron. He jokingly asked, “Who the hell is Theo Von?” Moments later, he revealed that the comedian was present and ready to perform.

Upon taking the stage, which was somewhat unusual—complete with bulletproof glass—Von received a warm welcome from the audience.

“This was definitely a court order,” he quipped, eliciting laughter. His performance included several off-the-cuff jokes, some of which were surprisingly bold considering his audience. He touched on various topics, including:

• The next 9/11 should occur.
• Cocaine being poured from a baby’s back.
• Children smelling like Joe Biden.

Although some of Von’s humor aimed to shock, many of his remarks, particularly those about Biden, resonated with the audience, leading to hearty laughter from the servicemen present. He expressed gratitude for the supportive reception while assuring the crowd that he would strive to deliver even better material next time.

“My job is to just say what I want,” he concluded, reinforcing the idea of free speech. “If we hadn’t come here, we wouldn’t have done that work today.”

Thanking the troops for their sacrifices, he emphasized his appreciation for the freedom to speak openly. “Thank you for free speech. I’ll try to improve a little more next time,” he added with a smile.
