Podcast Host Announces Pregnancy After Promoting Hook-Up Culture

Alex Cooper, the host of “Call Her Daddy,” has revealed that she is expecting a baby, which has sparked conversations given her previous promotion of casual relationships. Allie Beth Stuckey, a host on Blaze TV, has criticized Cooper for advocating one lifestyle while seemingly embracing another.

Stuckey referred to Cooper as “the whore of podcasts,” highlighting her past statements, where she expressed skepticism toward marriage. In an interview with Vogue, Cooper shared her doubts about ever experiencing the kind of love her parents had, noting her cynical views on relationships.

Stuckey commented on Cooper’s journey, implying that Cooper’s approach to her podcast is not aligned with traditional values. She played a segment where Cooper expressed that in her 20s, she couldn’t fathom having children because she felt unprepared, stating, “I hadn’t done my own work.” Now, however, she feels ready to start a family.

Stuckey disagrees with Cooper’s assessment. She suggested that women engaged in hookup culture often lack the emotional stability needed to want children, emphasizing that feelings of safety and love are crucial for such a commitment.

Stuckey implied that Cooper might have a more traditional side that she doesn’t fully voice on her podcast. “I think deep down, she’s always been a bit more traditional than she lets on,” she suggested, asserting that Cooper continues to market advice that may not represent her evolving views.

“It’s noteworthy that many Christians listen to her podcast, despite its themes,” Stuckey remarked. “While they should offer their prayers, engaging with her material likely isn’t advisable,” she warned, citing Ephesians 5:11-12 as guidance against participating in unfruitful discussions.
