Connecticut creep pummels pregnant woman in Dunkin’ drive-thru during attempted carjacking

A Connecticut man punched a pregnant woman in a Dunkin' drive-thru and tried to steal her car Tuesday night, but was stopped by brave employees, police said.

Police said William Rodriguez, 28, parked in front of a woman's car in East Haven around 7:45 p.m., then barged into the unsuspecting woman's passenger door and grabbed her keys. allegedly requested.

He was charged Wednesday with assault on a pregnant woman, assault on an emergency medical worker, robbery, assault, reckless endangerment, motor vehicle theft, interfering with a police officer and breach of peace.
