Conservatives rally around Trump after Oval Office blowup with Zelenskyy

Social media Democrats won a different tone, strongly criticizing Trump for the exchange, including Senate minority leader Chuck Schumer. Posted on x Trump and Vance are “doing Putin's dirty work.”

The fierce exchange at the oval office involved three political leaders who were being conducted by the three political leaders, whether Ukraine was negotiating with Russia, and whether Zelensky was grateful to the United States in the process.

“I think it would be rude to see the President in his respect and come to the oval office to try and litigate this in front of the American media,” Vance told Zelensky. “Right now, you're having a talent issue, so you're forcing the draft to the frontline. We need to be grateful to bring it to the President and bring it to this country.”

Zelenskyy later said that “everyone has problems” under the war, and that the United States will feel war “in the future.”

“You don't know that,” Trump responded as Zelensky said, “God blesses you.”

“You shouldn't tell us what we're trying to feel, you're trying to solve the problem, you shouldn't tell us what we're trying to feel,” Trump continued.

At one point, Trump pointed out Zelensky, telling him what he was doing was “very rude” to the United States.

It was announced after the exchange that the scheduled press conference had been cancelled, and Zelensky was seen leaving the White House without any words about the mineral rights deal that was expected to be signed Friday.

“We held a very meaningful meeting at the White House today,” Trump posted about the True Society after the meeting.
