Former President Trump’s victory in South Carolina’s Republican primary on Saturday night sparked an immediate reaction from conservatives on social media, many of whom called for Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley to step aside. He said he thought he should withdraw from the campaign.
On Saturday night, just after the polls closed, a primary election was called for the former president and the top Republican candidate in 2024, with President Trump looking forward to delivering his presidential line to Biden: “Joe, you’re fired.” He said he is doing so.

Radio host and former presidential candidate Larry Elder said Haley “lost and declared victory.”
However, Haley said he would remain in the race.
“I’m a woman of my word. Even if the majority of Americans don’t support both Donald Trump and Joe Biden, I’m not going to give up on this fight,” she said. told his supporters.
“We’re heading to Michigan tomorrow, and we’ll be heading to Super Tuesday states for the rest of next week,” she said.
Commentator Jesse Kelly called for Trump to take a proactive approach as he moves closer to winning the nomination.
“It’s time for Team Trump to step up their message and stop talking about Nikki Haley. And Ron DeSantis. Take the W and focus on Biden. Blow up the guy they beat. You won’t get any benefit from it.” He said.

Asked by Fox News Digital if he wanted Nikki Haley to withdraw from the race, President Trump said, “I don’t really think about it…I don’t think about it.”
“I really think we have to beat Joe Biden,” he told Fox News Digital. “I have no idea if she’s in the race at all, because I’ve set records in every state. I don’t know if she’s really in the race.”
