The bill, which was quickly introduced by Republican representatives in Pennsylvania, could make taking children with them to drag the show in Keystone State into a felony.
Republican State Rep. Robert Reedbeter I said On February 24, a note to colleagues intends to introduce “to provide that individuals commit a third felony if an individual allows minors to participate in a drug show.”
“Under current law, it is a crime for an individual to commit an act that tends to corrupt the morality of a minor,” he continued, focusing on the phrase “it tends to corrupt,” and found that the court “means common sense in the community, and the moral sense that most people enjoy, and acts that anger the moral sense.”
“To avoid ambiguity as to whether bringing minors to drug shows constitutes a crime of corruption among minors, my law explicitly provides that such conduct is prohibited under this federal law,” he continued, underlining the obvious issues of taking children to take over drug shows.

Leadbeter revealed that he believes that taking children to such events is clearly “exploitative” to target adults. Ultimately, he said that it would lead to “the immature sexualization of the child.”
State lawmakers also pointed to various studies showing the negative impact of displaying these sexual instructions on children.
“My laws are consistent with existing public good laws and seek to preserve traditional family values and parental rights,” he asked from a colleague from his support.
