A man identified as Hunter Nadow, who owns a country club in New Hampshire, allegedly opened fire during his wedding ceremony on Saturday. This tragic event resulted in one death and left two others injured. Nadow has faced some scrutiny in court, where he was described as being in a dangerous state of mind.
Before he began shooting at the Sky Meadow Country Club in Nashua, witnesses reported that he shouted “Free Palestine.” His court appearance on Monday was brief, with a judge setting a probable cause hearing for October 21.
Nadow is charged with the murder of 59-year-old Robert Juterre. Reports suggest that Juterre’s wife was fatally wounded while trying to protect her family.
Rob Parsons, the club owner, expressed his grief over the incident, saying it has left the community in shock. “This was an act of someone deeply troubled,” he stated. “This doesn’t define us or our community.”
Despite the chaos of the situation, Parsons relayed a message from Charlene DeCesare, the wife of one of the victims. She reassured him that she would remain in the community, stating, “This is my comfort, this is my home…and I’m staying.” Her resilience in the face of tragedy resonated deeply with Parsons.
As Parsons conveyed her sentiments, he acknowledged the pain felt by everyone involved, emphasizing their shared commitment to the community, even amidst such heartbreaking circumstances.
