Hunter Biden's legal team recently filed a motion to stop the lawsuit against a former white house aide who released the contents of the infamous laptop, citing financial issues.
The allegations filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday are linked to the former eldest son's lawsuit against Garrett Ziegler. Court documents obtained by Fox News show the financial and personal issues he experienced in the New Year, including being a victim of a wildfire in the Pacific Palisades in Los Angeles.
Biden first filed the lawsuit in September 2023, but according to filings, “there are no resources to continue litigating this issue.”
“Plaintiffs have a significant decline in revenue and are in considerable debt in the millions of dollars,” the document says.

The House of Representatives, which was rented in Los Angeles, said it was now “rewarding” and that Biden was “difficult” to find both a new home and a new job, according to the filing.
“In addition, this lack of resources has been exacerbated after a fire in Palisade, the Pacific Ocean in early January postponed the plaintiffs' lives by voiding the rental house for a long period of time.
“So the plaintiff must concentrate his time and resources to deal with his relocation, his damages caused by the fire, and paying for the family's living expenses in contrast to this lawsuit.”

In another document filed Wednesday, Biden wrote a letter describing his income “a significant drop” and revealed what he had acquired for his artwork.
“In the two to three years in December 2023, I sold 27 pieces of art for an average price of $54,481.48, and since then I have sold one piece of art for $36,000,” Biden wrote. “Similarly, my book sales sold 3,161 copies based on the statement six months before the statement (April 1, 2023 to September 30, 2023) and September 30, 2023, but only about 1,100 books were sold six months after the statement.”
Selling 27 pieces of art at an average price of $54,481.48 means he was able to make nearly $1.5 million from his artwork. The Yale Law School alumni also wrote that he hopes to land paid lectures and appearances after the success of his book. Biden wrote.

“This substantial drop in revenue has also affected my ability to pay back my enormous debt, as reported by the press to be millions of dollars. As a result, I am not in a position to borrow money.”
