Courteney Cox would do anything to look healthy at 60.
The “Friends” star, who celebrated the milestone birthday last month, told his Instagram followers on Sunday: Go behind the scenes She’s incorporated it into her health routine, but even she admits it’s a bit much.
“I just had my birthday,” she said in the video from the gym, “I don’t like numbers, but I don’t have any choice.”
“I just try my best,” Cox said, launching into a workout that included seated push-ups, squats, pull-ups, chest presses, sit-ups and cardio.
Cox showed off her toned figure in a black sports bra and matching leggings for her at-home workout.
While exercising every day is fairly common, things changed towards the end of the video.
The actress changed out of her cute black workout set for a tiny bikini of the same color as she braved the cold in what appeared to be an industrial-sized freezer.
Cox also wore a sheet face mask and a red light therapy baseball cap while indoors.
“What, cryotherapy?” she jokes as she crawls out of what appears to be a freezer in the garage.
It’s unclear whether Cox actually crawls into the tiny fridge every day, but she posted a video of herself diving into the ice-cold water in February.
Cox She told Glamour magazine She says that while she initially thought she “hated” the wellness trend, over the years she’s come to “love” it.
“I feel great for hours afterwards,” she explained, “so I know I’ll feel so good I’ll be scared to go in.”
“The dopamine rush lasts longer,” she added. “Do it. It’s really worth it.”
Though she’ll try almost any health regimen to maintain her youthful appearance, the “Scream” actress says her “biggest beauty regret” is getting fillers.
In October 2023, Cox told Woman magazine that she had gone too far and had all of the filler removed and dissolved.
“There’s so much pressure in this industry to look young, so once you start it just keeps on growing like dominoes,” she told the outlet. According to the Daily Mail.
“To the general public, your face will look noticeably different, but to you, you won’t notice because you’re only having one surgery at a time.”
But Cox felt it was a “complete waste of time” and regretted “not giving in to the pressure”.
