Police are on the prowl for a creepy man who stuck his hand in the pants of a man who was sleeping on a northbound No. 6 train in downtown Manhattan early Saturday morning.
Police said the 25-year-old victim woke up in the East Village just after 2 a.m. when he felt an unknown man’s hand in his pants.
The victim was asleep on the northbound No. 6 train as it approached the Astor Place subway station at the time of the assault.
Police added that the creep was last seen running away from the train.
According to police, the culprit was a fair-skinned man with a sturdy build.
He was last seen wearing a dark baseball cap, a tan-green shirt, tan pants, and tan boots.
A photo of the man shared by the NYPD shows him wearing black, square-framed glasses and a Yankee cap.
Police said the victim was not injured.
