Dan Hurley’s new UConn contract revealed after turning down Lakers

Appearing on “The Dan Le Batard Show with Stuggotts” on Thursday, Hurley said the “financial side of things as far as salaries has been done for some time,” but elements such as name, image and likeness (NIL) funding and staff salaries are still in the works.

With Hurley continuing to give Connecticut his all, the Huskies can begin to seriously prepare for a third straight championship.

In fact, the team has already begun practicing, with social media accounts casually posting that practice began Monday afternoon after Hurley’s announcement.
